ALASKAN TERRITORIAL DISPUTES

Under consideration at OIPC : There is a reasonable argument for repatriation of the Alaskan territory to the land title possession of Original indigenous Peoples of those lands on the basis of absence of jurisdiction for :
  1. Russia to have claimed the land through the 1825 demarcation agreement with Britain / England / United Kingdom; and,
  2. That as based upon Custom Law, there was no original entitlement for Russia to sell Alaska to the United States
  3. TLINGIT Peoples are historically known as "Peoples of the tides";
